We've been using StoreYa for roughly 8 months at this point. Gotta say, we're quite pleased with how they perform. They've reliably delivered a 7 x ROAS, and lately, we've seen it go as high as 11 x ROAS. Unlike some other firms we've dealt with, their pricing is super clear, and we only pay them directly, not through Google and then some marketing agency.

They didn't come through. I'm not satisfied. Waited nearly two months. Wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

Then I get an email saying it’s all on me and they want to do a store audit. I mentioned I have a new store, and they said they could help. But I heard nothing from them until I wrote this review. Here’s how their email wrapped up: Would I like my $300 back? Sure, but I’d rather warn other small businesses about why they shouldn’t spend their cash here for ads:

Update 8/1: Got the same generic response from Storeya again. Don’t throw away your money. Once I cut ties with them, my orders shot up. They’re not trustworthy.

My account manager, Berk, is really doing an awesome job; working with him is a delight. Storeya is super user-friendly, and they promote us through text ads, shopping, dynamic remarketing, and YouTube ads. Over the last five months, we've experienced a 9X return on ad spend.

We decided to go for the PRO SUBSCRIPTION, which set us back a whopping $1000! We were pretty unsure about it since the cost was sky-high, but their marketing was so convincing that we thought they might be the solution we needed to boost our online sales and elevate our business!

They claimed we’d get around 2,000-4,000 visitors each month. Wanna guess how many we actually got? Just 746! They also said we’d make 40-60 sales monthly. What did we end up with? A mere 10 sales! Honestly, we were doing way better before we signed up with them!

What’s even more ridiculous is that they believe this is okay and think their automatic SMART algorithm is working wonders! We ended up canceling our subscription before the month was even over!

They refused to give me a full refund or even a decent partial one, and they seemed totally fine with letting me cancel! This has been a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t suggest anyone use their services. Seriously, what a waste of cash!

Oh, and that video ad you created with the woman cursing and throwing a fit? Not cool at all—super offensive and definitely not funny!
